This seems to be the second edition of this coookbook put out by The YWCA at the University of Washington. WorldCat lists 3 dates, 1914,1915 and 1920, but only a total of four copies, and the University of Washington itself has only the 1915 ans 1920 editons. Based on my own experiences in cooking as a college students, these recipes seem rather sophisticated - sweetbreads, oysters Algonquin, scalloped crab. But fudges and chicken wiggle are there as well! There is a section in the back titled "Other Delicious Dishes" so perhaps these were added to the second edition. Condition is V... View more info
