This is a single, handwritten sheet with writing on recto only. There seems to be a title at the top, but it is not readable (at least not by me). The sheet has some wear and aging with two corners torn, some other small chips. There is general age-toning to the paper and some old vertical and horizontal creasing, mostly flattened.
