The boards are marbled paper quarter bound in leather, with still bright gilt lettering on the spine. Corners are bumped and the paper is somewhat worn. There is scuffing down the edges of the spine. The interior is lightly toned and there is some light foxing. There is what looks like tape residue, about 1' at the top and botom of the front pastedown. The binding is tight.
