Book has only very light, general wear and some aging mainly on foredges. Jacket has some edge and corner wear, including a closed tear on the top back. Book is signed on title page in shaky hand. Former owner of this book listed it as signed by Styron. Brunk Auctions questioned the signature. I have posted a scan and can see that it could be Styron's signature from late in life when he was very ill. Because of these questions I am not pricing the book as I would a signed copy. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 515 pages; Signed by Author View more info

Book has only light, general wear with some minor toning on foredge. Jacket has some light edge and corner wear with some small scuffs along the bottom edges and extremities. Book is signed on title page in a somewhat shaky hand. The former dealer who owned this copy said that it was signed. Brunk Auctions was unwilling to state that unequivocally. It appears to me that it is likely a signature from Styron's later years when he was ill. I am not pricing the signature into this copy, so you may be getting a signature for free. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 507 pages; Signed by Author View more info
