In complete form this pamphlet has 40 pages; this copy has only the first 20 which is the report of Joseph Parrish who was the President of the Society. This pamphlet was originally stitched but the thread is long gone and it has now been tipped together including an old, paper, library cover with a portion of the title written in a calligraphic script. There is also a stamped number on the upper right, probably from the collector who owned this last. The library cover could probably be easily removed.
