This may be a first edition, but I am unfamiliar with Corsair Books, and Gene Bilbrew most often worked for AfterHours and Satan Presses. This is a 1960's sleaze novel that is especially interesting because the cover art is by Gene Bilbrew, also known as ENEG. Bilbrew was a pioneering African-American illustrator who created the first black superhero, The Bronze Bomber.
