This is a report on textiles recovered by British arcaeologists from Egyptian tombs and cemeteries before 1922. It is the third of three reports and deals with the Coptic period. Besides the explanatory text there are 32 pages of B&W plates as illustration. This copy is in a brown, stiff-board, library binding from the Victoria and Albert Museum, Department of Textiles, rather nicely lettered on the front. See scan. I see no library markings on the book itself. ; Ex-Library; B&W Plates; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 107 pages View more info
