This lot includes a candid color photograph and a color and B&W postcard of Father Divne and his wife, who was known as Mother Divine. Both photo and postcard of about the same size and both are in near fine condition. Father Divine was an African-American leader of a cilt-like religious group. He claimed to be God and his mysterious past has been hard to determine. The postcard appears to have been produced by Father Divine.
