Stapled, pale blue wraps with black titles and decoration. Some light edge, corner and surface wear along with four small pin holes that go through the whole booklet. There is an inked star by the word "Georgia" in the subtitle. Booklet is square and securely bound. This is an offprint from the History of Worth County, Georgia about one of their most distinguished sons who eventually became Governor of Michigan and then, as best I can tell, returned to Worth County in retirement.
