Stapled, beige wraps with photograph of a steer. The wraps have some edge and corner wear along with toning/soiling and a former owner's name written in pencil at the top. Overall, the booklet is square and the binding secure. The title of this Georgia agricultural report seems to suggest that Tennessee farmers are sneaking their cattle across the border to feed in Georgia -- or maybe Georgia farmers are rustling Tennessee cattle. Actually, the report is more about the development of a Georgia cattle industry similar to the one in East Tennessee. This is an uncommon Georgia agricultural bulletin from the early 20th century. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 36 pages
