Side-stapled, light grayish-green wraps with black titles and framing decoration. Much chipping on edges, front and back with some toning along edges. Binding is square and secure. Except for the chipping this is a very good copy. Interesting, somewhat scholarly, study of black dialect in British Guiana and the Barbados, with some relationship to US dialects. Quite a scarce book. WorldCat locates only twenty copies in libraries. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 76 pages
