Negro Americans, What Now?

By: Johnson, James Weldon

Book Condition: Near Fine in Very Good- dust jacket

Book is bright with just minor shelf wear and aging. It is near fine except for some age-toning on endpapers. Jacket has edge and corner wear including several small chips, a two inch closed tear and a crease on the bottom edge and minor damage at spine ends. Still, overall a nice looking jacket in Mylar cover. Johnson, along with his brother Roasamond, was a leading figure of the Harlem Renaissance. He is remembered for his lyrical poetry, but he was a powerful writer and speaker for the NAACP. ; Small 8vo 7½" - 8" tall; 103 pages
