Color, pictorial wraps (photo of black woman) with very light edge and corner wear. Some sort of very light soiling on back; at first I thought it was just part of the design. Spine is neither cracked nor creased. Book is square and securely bound. Close to near fine. Very attractive copy. Holloway House books are often tricky to identify but this is a stated first from 1966 with the number HH-122. Holloway House used HH numbers only in the 1960's. This book initiated Holloway House into the urban black market. At the time (1966) the company had been publishing a variety of subjects most of which were a kind of high class sleaze. This book which purports to be the work of a black call girl, was published almost by chance and sales skyrocketed. From this start, Holloway House began to publish such writers as Iceberg Slim, Donald Goines, Robert deCoy, Joseph Nazel and many other black writers. This is an important book in the story of the urban black book market. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 223 pages;
