Corners bumped, minor interior foxing. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 121 pages; The is copy #5 of 250 copies printed for sale. It is the second of the John Divine Jones Fund Series of the New York Historical Society. The journal was hand written from memory by Miss Wells in 1779, and was reproduced from a verbatim copy from the original by Mr. W. G. Aikman , great-grandson of the author. This seems to be the first published edition. It is a very attractive copy.
