Olive green wraps with light aging and a very small bump on the lower right corner. Book is square qith an uncracked and uncreased spine. Appears never to have been read. Probably as close to brand new as this book comes. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 234 pages; This collection of essays from each of the cities where the university had a branch campus was published in 1974. Long out of print, it contains a relatively obscure essay by Pat Conroy on Aiken, SC -- "Horses Don't Eat Moon Pies." Other cities include Columbia, Allendale, Beaufort, Conway, Lancaster and Spartanburg. I'm not sure whether this is a first edition or an ARC. Either way, it is truly hard to find and is especially distinguished by the Conroy essay.
