Hunter McGuire, M. D. was the Medical Director for Jackson's Corps. The book is a compilation of reports to the Grand Camp of Confederated Veterans of Virginia reunion, held in Richmond May 30 -June 3, 1907. There is an Introduction by Rev. Jmes Power Smith, last survivor of the staff of Stonewall JAckson, and the last entry in the book is a lecture on Jackson by Dr. Hunter. The book is scuffed especially olong the spine and corners, and the fron hinge is loose at the botton inch or so - it looks like it may have been patially repaired. The pages are clean but slightly toned and there is a slight musty odor from storage. This should dissapate. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 229 pages
