Beige leatherette covers with minor wear at corners. Small slit at front top edge of spine, interior NF. This seems to bee an edition of the Culinary Arts Institute's huge cookbook specially bound for Norge Appliance Company . Norge was later part of Magic Chef, which in turn became Maytag and then Whirlpool. The book doesn't seem to have been used much - no food stains or hand written notes. But if you are looking for a cookbook alont the lines of the Joy of Cooking, where just about every topic is addressed, this is a real find. There are many illustration, some in color, and while the recipes are pretty dated, it's fun to read. ; B & W and Color Photographs; Thin 8vo 8" to 9" tall; 966, LVIII Index pages
