Cooper of Savannah Georgia. Cooper owned and operated the well-known Savannah Steam Press that published much important Georgianna. These letters, written in May of 1865, explain the difficulties that Cooper and all of Savannah are suffering because of the Civil War. Interesting content related to bookselling.
