Issued without dust jacket. ; Oblong Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 55 pages; George Andrews of Madison, Georgia was a folk artist known as the Dot Man due to his use, obviously, of dots of paint inhis works. This book was published in conjunction with a 1994 exhibition of his work at the Morris Museum in Augusta, GA. Andrerws is also known as the father well-known artist Benny Andrews and writer Raymond Andrews. The book is initialed G. A. , which is how Andrews often signed his work, and signed by Benny Andrews o the title page. The boo has an extensive biography of Andrews family as well as color reprodctions of piecs in the exhibit. Laid in is a 1997 FAll Calendar of the Georgia Museum of Art in Athens, GA. ; Signed by Biographee
