The notes in the books are from Williams. Book is in special archival protector with Williams' Burke Cellar Library plate laid in.

Book is square and securely bound. Jacket is VG- to G+. ; 12mo 7" - 7" tall; 93 pages; Amiably British book on book collecting. Reminds me a little of Newton. Good information, though it was published in 1950.
