Quarterbound leather with marbleized paper. Edge and corner wear. The front board has been reattached and sometime and probably the rear boards as well. However, this repair was effected, the binding seems to be holding, though it has to be suspect. The book is square. Some interior toning or foxing with a tear top right on the ffep. This is a usable copy but not really a collectable one. ; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 335 pages; This book is basically an earlier familiar quotations book, though it was intended to be read or browsed since there is no index that allows the reader to find a particular quotation. This is Vol. 2 only.
