C. This edition was edited by G E H Ross and Herbert Chipp . It seems to have been given as a prize to C W Norman, the joint winner of of the Fives Competition at Ludgrove Boys Prep School in England by the Headmaster at the time, G O Smith. (Fives is a game similar to handball. )
